In city full of people, some of them are bound to be crazy.
And amusing. And endearing. And charming. And shocking. And inspiring.

And full of   s   t   o   r   i   e   s     r   i   p   e     f   o   r     t   h   e     t   e   l   l   i   n   g .
The premise of the blog is simple: see something that sparks the interest, tell the story here.

The Humans of New York 2-Week Print Sale:http://www.humansofnewyork.com/prints/(The website crashed the first time we tried this. I made a few changes— but if it crashes again, don’t worry. Try back later tonight or tomorrow. This sale will be going on for two weeks.)A large company seemed poised to make a significant donation to HONY, but at the last second they broke our hearts. So we’re going to raise the money ourselves with the FIRST EVER HONY PRINT SALE! The money raised will go toward new equipment and lots of peanut butter.I’ve chosen ten of my favorite images. All portraits are offered with explicit permission from the subjects. The prints will be 18x12, and all signed by me.They are $30 a piece. If you buy more than 5, they are $20 apiece. The photos offered in this print sale will be available for two weeks and will never be sold again. I am hoping that one day they will be a cool collector’s item for HONY’s early supporters. If you are not interested in purchasing a print, not a problem! You will always be welcome to enjoy HONY free of charge.
